Introduction
For the past 6 years, I have been involved in business analysis, IT project management, and serving as a scrum master. I also run a mini software house where we create custom web applications such as CMSs, online stores, reservation systems, ticketing systems, warehouse systems, multichannel e-commerce integrations, B2B portals, all with an emphasis on SEO and SEM conversion tracking.
Previously, in my over 5 years of work as a marketing manager and IT administrator in a small company, I learned how to do everything the company needed to establish an online presence on my own.
By recruiting, training, and leading my own team of people, I learned the fundamentals of time management, task management, and motivational techniques. As a coordinator of foreign trips for groups of even over 1000 people, I tested my skills in group management and also learned to make decisions and act in emergency situations.
My education in computer science and econometrics allows me to better understand the results of statistical analysis and use them in planning marketing strategies.
